Strategic Employee Resourcing
All employers meet the challenge of how to meet required staff needs while preparing them self for strategic business goals.Simply,enrolling skillful employees to an organization is considered as employee resourcing. This resourcing should be aligned with strategic planning & overall business objectives of the organization to achieve it's business goals effectively & efficiently.
According to Taylor (2002) 'effective hiring & firing , attracting best applicants, reducing staff turnover & improve employee performances are core managerial functions & relevant for all type of organizations'.
There are 5 steps in effective employee resourcing in large scale organizations as follows
1.Planning :
Preparing & designing streamlined method to absorb competent people to meet short & long term goals.
2.Recruitment :
Enrolling suitable people in to the organization by traditional & newer models such as past experience, matching attributes, one to one interviews, task oriented matching, competency & cultural fit
3.Deployment :
Effectively assigning employees to given set of task in the organization
4.Performance :
Evaluation of task done by employees in order to check the quality of accomplishing task & further improvements.
5.Change Management :
Common term which can use for all approaches to prepare & support individuals, teams & organizations in making organizational change.

Talent management is the process of systematic identification, allocation & development of valued employees of the organization since they have successfully completed their roles & posses huge future potential to the company.According to DEA (2009) 'a talent is an individual with special competencies & these competencies are strategically important to the organization'.
