Employee Engagement
What is employee engagement (EE) ?
EE is the close inter connection/relationship between employees with the organization they are working for.It creates strong bonding between them once employees are much engaged with the organization & they will be much loyal to the company as well. EE is not an extra thing & it is integrated with all activities of the company such as Production, HRM, Finance, Marketing, Planning etc.

Why EE is much important to organizations in the global context ?
Doing business has became much challenging, competitive & risky in the current world due to the effects of globalization. All employers are always trying to stay a loft over other peer companies in order to attract more & more demand for their products/services, grab new business opportunities & deliver goods/services as soon as they can. Hence competent ,skilled & engaged work force is much vital to run the company in that manner. EE is very important at that point due to,
* To have positive employees whose always expect challenges
* To improve creativity
* To have satisfied work force
* To increase productivity
* To reduce employee turnover
* Engaged employees feel satisfied
* To improve better communication withing the company

What are the ways & means of increasing EE ?
There are several ways to increase EE in organizations as follows
1.Creating a positive work environment
2.Start from the top management of the company
3.Open & honest communication between employer & employees
4.Empower employees for decision making
5.Focus on career growth & personal development
6.Set clear objectives
7.Encourage individual growth
8.Feedback on performances (good / Bad)
9.Maintain proper transparency
10.Treat employees with due respect
11.Reward high performance
12.Nurture collaborative culture
Conclusion
All employers need to strength EE in order to gain long term benefits while facing numerous challenges in global context. If the EE is high, success of the company also will be high simultaneously. It simply says if employers want to be success they should win the employees first through EE which would definitely increase relationship between employer & employees.
